The Importance of Mental Wealth

 You will often hear the term "Health is Wealth" and while this is completely true, what we don't emphasize often enough is mental wealth.  Our mental wealth is what will make us great. Prevention and Early Intervention is Key  Reducing trauma, drama, building resilience, avoiding burnout, and not abusing substances such as drugs and alcohol will have tremendous payoffs. Address these problems if you do through rehab programs and therapy.  2. Adopt a Healthy Lifestyle  Exercise, eating nutritious foods, and minimizing social media usage is just a start.
